Municipalities
- Professional development:
DUNK offers professional development sessions in music education and teaching, specifically designed for teachers and educators in primary and secondary schools. DUNK also provides workshops focused on musicianship. Through the membership, municipalities have the opportunity to book professional development sessions for their staff at a subsidized rate. It can either be one of DUNK's existing sessions or a customized session tailored to the specific needs of the municipality.
- Priority:
Membership grants the municipality's schools and other entities, as well as their teachers and educators, priority registration for events, professional development sessions, and other activities organized by DUNK.
- Networking:
DUNK creates networks for members, allowing teachers, educators, choir leaders, directors of education, principals, and other interested parties to come together to discuss and gain inspiration in the field of music education and music pedagogy.
- Expertise and knowledge:
Membership ensures that DUNK's staff and experts are always available for consultation and discussions on topics related to music education for children and youths, the music industry in Swedish-speaking Finland, and other relevant areas.
Individual Organizations
- Professional Development:
Through the membership, organizations and individuals can participate in DUNK's professional development sessions in music education, music teaching, and musicianship at a subsidized rate. Organizations can also book their own professional development sessions at a subsidized rate. These sessions can either be one of DUNK's existing sessions, or a customized session tailored specifically to the organization's needs.
